(A) CHILD CARE INSTITUTE (ORPHANAGE) : The Samiti is registered under Juvenile Justice Act for running a Child Care Institution (Orphanage) for 50 destitute children with the financial support from the W & C.D Department, Government of Orissa, Bhubaneswar since 1982. Out of 50 children 25 children are staying in Sisu Sadan Gandhi Nagar, Koraput. This is a residential programme and the children are reading in the nearby Govt. schools. The experience and qualified staffs are engaged to take care of the children and their development. The children are also given vocational training like spinning, weaving, crafts, carpentry, agriculture, computer, sports etc. and on agriculture for their rehabilitation in future.

(B) SWADHAR GREH : The Sarvodaya Samiti is an affiliated Institution of Bharatiya Adimjati Sevak Sangh, New Delhi and managing a SWADHAR GREH for the destitute women at Dharamgarh in the Kalahandi district of Odisha for 30 women with the financial support from the Ministry of Women and Child Development, Govt. of India and Department of Women & Child Development, Govt. of Odisha. The needy women/destitute women are staying in this SWADHAR GREH for a maximum period of 3 years alongwith her children. The inmates are given different vocational training like Badi, Pampad, Jam, Spinning & Weaving of Khadi, Computer, Tailoring etc for sustainable income generation for their rehabilitation. During their stay in the Swadhar Greh they are given counseling, health care and necessary legal support to rehabilitate them. In the year 2021-22 a total number of 24 inmates are rehabilitate with her parents, husband, marriage and self-employed.
