The sarvodaya samiti has been promoting on a lifestyle free from alcohol and other drugs in the state of odisha and a member of yuva bharat earlier it was known as ityf. The Samiti is working with school children and community for awareness, prevention, reduction of substance use, education, communication, training, public awareness, and their rehabilitation. Some of the members of Sarvodaya Samiti represented the Yuva Bharat participated in the SDN National Youth camp held in Thailand held in April 2019.
At present about 260 members involved in the temperance activities, this divided into 20 groups. The members are undertaken a pledge to lead a life free from the use of alcohol and other drugs and also encourage others to lead the Heathly life style. The Samiti is working in the principles and aims and objectives of IOGT International and Yuva Bharat.
